We Now Have A Full Board of Directors!

For the first time in several years, the Wynfield Homeowners Association now has a full Board of Directors with ALL open positions filled!

Introducing our Newest Board Member – Mike Fischer

Mike has been a resident of Wynfield since 2004 and is looking forward to participating in our community. He has joined our Board of Directors volunteer work to keep Wynfield a beautiful neighborhood. He is currently retired and a dedicated Chaplain with the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety.

Our Current Board Members with 2025 Officers/Committee Chair Roles:

• Mike Brown – Vice-President / Pool Committee Chair
• Cheri Fleming – Treasurer / Communications Committee Chair
• Linda Hughes – Secretary / Pool Committee Member
• Kevin Wagner – Architectural Committee Chair
• Dianne Brown – Architectural Committee Member
• Josh Keller – Pool Committee Member
• Chandley Green – Communications & Social Committee Member
• Mike Fischer – Pool Committee Member

Current Open Positions

We do still have a couple open positions with our committees and can always use volunteers to help us maintain our beautiful neighborhoods.

• Wynfield Neighborhood Watch (WNW) – We currently do not have a functional neighborhood watch committee and would love to have a WNW Committee chair and a coordinated group of homeowners to assist with our community safety.
• Social Committee – We currently have a team of wonderful neighbors that contribute to the social committee events. We are in need for a Committee Chair to assist with managing the committee budget and keep the WHOA Board updated on planned events and expenses.
• Architectural Committee– We currently have several board members that aid in managing the Architectural concerns for the neighborhood to keep homes looking beautiful and preserve our neighborhood property values. However, we are always in need of neighbors to help us identify and address issues related to our covenants and our WHOA properties.
