Wynfield Pool Gate Access Request

Wynfield Board of Directors has made a unified decision to upgrade the Gate Access System at the Wynfield Pool in 2024 to help make your access a much simpler process. You can register your family for access to the gate using their Mobile Phones or with a physical RFID Key Card.

REQUIREMENTS:

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE MINDFUL OF WYNFIELD RULES WITH YOUR ACCESS TO THE POOL. 

  • Your Mobile Access will be set with your email and phone number linked to that device. 
  • Your Key Card is to only be shared among your home residents. Do not share that card with people outside of your home. 
  • The 1st Key Card is free for every homeowner and we only allow 2 active cards per home. 
  • Any additional card or replacements will cost $20. 
  • You can still bring guests with you to the pool. However, do not provide them with access without you or a family member being present with the guest. Additionally, a Wynfield Neighbor is not considered a guest and will need their own access to enter the pool. 
  • Remember that access to the pool may still be restricted based on unpaid annual assessments or violation of Wynfield Rules related to the pool, tennis court, or community property. 
  • You must agree to this statement regarding the proper use of your Gate Access to submit for registration. 

BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE REGISTRATION

Please go into your email settings and add board@wynfield.org and treasurer@wynfield.org to your email contacts for the email addresses you will be adding in this form. This will verify you can receive the email in response to this registration with confirmation of your login information and a link to the app, as we are occasionally flagged as spam.

*NOTE* – If you are leasing the property or in a rent-to-own contract, you will need to coordinate your pool access with the Property Owner or Property Management Company.

I agree to be responsible with my RFID Key Card and/or Mobile Access and that it is only used among my family members that reside in my home. I understand that abusing access to the pool by sharing my card or mobile access with other Wynfield neighbors or giving access to the pool to friends without my presence, who are not residents of my home could result in losing access to the pool for up to 60 days per violation. I understand that if I misplace or damage my Key card, I can request a replacement from the Wynfield Board of Directors for $20.
