**Regardless of whether the county approves it, all changes related to additions, fencing, roofing, or color must be approved by the Wynfield Architectural Committee BEFORE you begin the project or you may be required to halt work until the approval is granted. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions are legally binding and you could face legal action if the approval is not requested or granted.
