Wynfield Board of Directors has made a unified decision to upgrade the Gate Access System at the Wynfield Pool in 2024 to help make your access a much simpler process. This form is set up for those who may have lost their pool card or need new or updated mobile access for the pool. Please read these requirements and submit your request.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE MINDFUL OF WYNFIELD RULES WITH YOUR ACCESS TO THE POOL.
Your Mobile Access will be set with your email and phone number linked to that device.
Your Key Card is to only be shared among your home residents. Do not share that card with people outside of your home.
The 1st Key Card is free for every homeowner and we only allow 2 active cards per home.
Any additional card or replacements will cost $20.
You can still bring guests with you to the pool. However, do not provide them with access without you or a family member being present with the guest. Additionally, a Wynfield Neighbor is not considered a guest and will need their own access to enter the pool.
Remember that access to the pool may still be restricted based on unpaid annual assessments or violation of Wynfield Rules related to the pool, tennis court, or community property.
You must agree to this statement regarding the proper use of your Gate Access to submit for registration.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE REQUEST

This will verify you can receive the email in response to this registration with confirmation of your login information and a link to the app, as we are occasionally flagged as spam.
Pool Access Change Form
Did you lose your pool card? Do you just need a secondary card? Have you purchased a new phone and need to update your mobile access? Do you have new family members that are residents in your home that would like mobile access?

*NOTE* – If you are leasing the property or in a rent-to-own contract, you will need to coordinate your pool access with the Property Owner or Property Management Company.
