Upgrades to Your Home or Your Property
Are you planning upgrades or changes to your property and need help deciding who to ask or what counts as requiring HOA approval?
Here is the inside scoop.
By Wynfield Communications Committee
We all seem to be in consensus about Ardent’s performance managing Wynfield covenant compliance. Their enforcement methods were often overbearing and intrusive. From what we can tell, Ardent was also not communicating with the previous board. They ignored every request that board made to cease activities that were upsetting residents. So given our past history with a large property management company, for the time being, this board has elected not to bring on another company to replace Ardent in these responsibilities.
What that means is, Wynfield is relying on each individual resident to behave responsibly and abide by the HOA covenant bylaws. Team’s scope is severely limited. They have only been approved to help us with the financial processing and reporting aspects of the HOA. Team is not providing any “enforcement” services.
If you observe bad behavior in the neighborhood, the best course of action is to work it out directly with the offending neighbor. If your attempts to communicate and resolve the issue fail, please contact us at board@wynfield.org.
